Forgotten email address
Plot twist: It was your other email.
Can’t remember which email you used for your account? It happens. The good news is that you can usually work it out pretty quickly.
For security reasons, we can’t 'guess' your email address in the login screen or confirm whether an email is linked to an account. But you can use the steps below to find the right one and get back in.
Step 1: Check your inboxes for account emails
Search the email accounts you commonly use (work + personal) for any messages from us. Helpful search terms:
-
Jugo
-
Welcome
-
Verify
-
Invite
-
Invoice/ receipt
-
Subscription/ billing
If you’ve ever been billed, the email used for billing is often a big clue.
Step 2: Check with your team (if you’re in a workspace)
If you’re part of a company/team account:
-
Ask a teammate or admin which email you’re listed under
-
Check if you were invited to the workspace (search for invite emails)
Step 3: Try your most likely addresses
It’s worth attempting the emails you normally use, especially:
-
Your main work email
-
Any aliases (e.g., firstname@, hello@ etc)
-
Old company domains (if your org has rebranded or changed domains)
Tip: If your company uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your IT/admin may be able to confirm aliases tied to your account.
Step 4: Still stuck? Contact support to recover your account
If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t find the right email, contact support, and we’ll help you recover access.
To keep accounts safe, we’ll ask for a few details to confirm ownership before we can help. Depending on your setup, this may include:
-
Your name and company/workspace name
-
Your company email domain (for example)
-
An invoice number or recent billing details (if applicable)
-
The approximate time you signed up
-
Any other information that helps us match you to the right workspace
Once we can verify you’re the account owner (or an authorised admin), we’ll help you get back into the correct account.
Why do we do it this way?
We don’t confirm account emails on request because it can be used to guess or 'probe' accounts. This process keeps your workspace secure while still making it easy to recover access.
