When you have finished creating your meeting or event you need to publish your event link. This will then allow for participants to pre-register for the event. To do this click the Published toggle at the top of the left side panel.
The slider will turn blue when this has been completed.
When the event is published, copy the link using the button and add to your invite.
Example
When your invitees click the link, they will be able to see all of the information about the meeting or event!
