Content Controls within Director View
One of the key roles as a director is to decide what content is being shown and in which layout throughout the Event. This document will walk you through how to share content during your Live Event.
The directors can change the layout of the main screen to incorporate presentation content, event participants or a combination, or both.
In addition, the director can setup and change the camera angle in advance and transition to this view at any time.

How can speakers/ attendees share content?
Screen share
Anyone wishing to share their screen, speakers or attendees, need to click on the share screen button which is located in the tool bar across the top of their Event page.
They can then choose which content they wish to share - Tab, Window or Entire Screen.
This does not automatically pull up their content onto the screen - but has them primed to share when the Director chooses.
If sharing something with audio - make sure that the Share Tab Audio or Share System Audio is selected
Pre Upload Content
Another option is to pre-upload PowerPoint presentations or other documents when creating the Event. This will be saved as Session Content. The Director can choose from the pre-uploaded material at any time and means that the speakers do not need to worry about sharing their screen whilst they are speaking.
Click here to see how to upload content before the event
Note: Videos and PPTs with videos inserted in slides, cannot be played as pre-uploaded content. Videos can be uploaded as content separately or the entire PowerPoint with video will need to be shared via Screen Share. For information on compatible files sizes and formats - click here
