How do I access the admin portal within Jugo?

Logging into your Jugo profile via app.jugo.io and using the tabs on the left hand side.  

Overview

This gives you summary of your account with Jugo.  This includes

• Account Holder information
• Plan and Usage Information
• Upcoming Events (next 4)

Usage

This gives you an overview of Account Usage.

You can see how your minutes in a billing month have been split across the following:

• Rehearsal
• Live Events

You can see if you go over your Package usage (Overages)

You have the option to see total minutes used by Workspace

In this section you can view a summary per event for that month, including total attendees.

Billing

This displays your Jugo plan details and payment history.

Workspaces

Roles

Add and manage the roles of those within your organization on the Jugo platform - for a guide on how to do this - click here

Billing Account Admins (responsibilities include Accessing billing, added other account admins/ workspace admins/ event organizers)

Workspace Admin (users organize events and edit workspace information within their workspaces)

Customization

Upload your company logo to your Workspace.
