The Duplicate event feature is a simple way to create a copy of an existing event for future use. When you duplicate an event Basic Info, Branding, Polls & Survey details are copied, however the following needs to be adjusted or added:
- Event name (this will copy and include "(Copy)" at the beginning)
- Event date (this will default to 1 week ahead of time from clicking Duplicate)
- Dashboard: Event Organizers, Event Directors or Speakers will need to be readded
- Agenda: Sessions will copy over, but any speakers or content will need to be added
To duplicate an event, find your event in the Dashboard, click the 3 vertical dots followed by Duplicate event:
