When you onboard with Jugo, your Customer Success Manager will help with setting up your initial Billing and Workspace admin roles. However, you may wish to add more people over time. Here are the easy to follow steps on how to:
Assign a Billing or Workspace Admin
Creating a New Workspace

As billing admin, complete the following steps to create a new workspace within Jugo.
1) Log into Jugo via app.jugo.io
2) You will see the following
3) Select Workspaces
4) Select + Create New Workspace
5) Type in the name of the New Workspace and click Next
6) Type in the email address of the workspace admin(s) who will be managing the workspace and click the + icon to add the person to the workspace admin list. Multiple admins are allowed in a workspace.
7) Click Next
8) Review and make sure all details are correct then select Add and Send
Assigning Roles
As Billing Admin, you can assign additional Billing Admins to your Jugo space as well as add more admins to existing Workspaces.
To do this:
1) Click on Roles
2) Select + Add Roles
3) Select which role you wish to create by clicking on the title
4) Enter the email address of the individual(s) and click + icon to confirm
5) Click Next
6) If you are adding a workspace admin, select the workspace(s) you would like to grant access to and then click Send Notification
7) The individuals will receive an email advising them of their new role within Jugo
