Joining an Event - Attendees and Speakers

Watch this short video on how to an event or follow the steps detailed below.

When you are set and ready to join, simply click on the link sent to you by the event organizer.  The Event landing page will appear.

If you haven't already registered you will need to do this.  This is the same whether you are an attendee or a speaker. You can find more information here on registering for an Event

Joining the Event

Select Join Event in the top right of the Event page or select Join Event from your email confirmation you would have received upon registration.

Note:  If the Director hasn't started the Event, the button will show Registered until the event is open

After you select Join Event you will be taken to a screen similar to the below:

Follow the simple steps to enable your camera and microphone. Once you run through this process, click Enter Event.

You are now ready to enjoy your event in Jugo!!
