Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Jugo, an experiential platform that helps you organize and manage your virtual events with ease.  This guide will give you an overview of how to use Jugo's basic features, so you can start creating your events and managing them efficiently.

Setting Up Your Account

To get started with Jugo, go to https://app.jugo.io/ and sign up for a new account. 

Fill in your details and create a password to complete the registration process. You will then receive an email to verify your email address. Click the link and you will then be taken to the Jugo dashboard. To learn more click here.

Once you have done this, your dedicated Customer Success Manager will give you access to start creating events.

Navigating the Jugo Platform

The Jugo dashboard is your main hub for managing your events. It provides a quick overview of your events, and other relevant information.

You can use the navigation menu on the left to access unique features to customize your event.

Creating Your First Event

To create a new event, click on your Workspace in the top right followed by “Create Event” button.

Fill in the event details such as event name, date, and venue. 

You can add branding, agenda content, such as PowerPoints and MP4 videos, and much more according to your preferences.

Managing Your Event

To access and start an event from the Dashboard, click the Edit button and then click Director View on the left to join and start your event as Director.

Admin Role

If you are assigned as Billing Account Admin, you can keep track of your usage, invoice history and assign Workspace Admins. Workspace Admins can create, manage, and direct events.
