There are two ways to add stage presenters, through the attendee list or directly from the video tiles.
To add a presenter on stage from the attendee list, on the toolbar click on the attendee-list icon as shown below:
Once it opens locate the presenter on the list you want to add, and next to their name click on the on-stage icon and select the user to be added on stage:
If you want to cancel the user being added on stage click 'Cancel', if you want to continue with the presenter being set on the stage click 'Add to stage' to confirm as shown below:
To add a presenter on stage directly from the video tiles, hover your mouse over the person you wish to add on stage. When their camera preview appears, click 'On-Stage' , this will add the presenter straight from the video tile.
To remove the presenter from the stage hover your mouse over the stage speaker and click 'Remove' as shown below:
- Adding a second presenter on stage
You can either replace the stage presenter or add a Co-Presenter on stage. To add a second presenter from the attendee list to the stage, click on the attendee-list icon on the toolbar. Once it opens, find the speaker you want to add, click on the on-stage icon next to their name, and select 'Add Co-Presenter.' as shown below:
To remove one of the presenters click on their camera and select remove .
