Jugo provides the opportunity to have private rooms or breakout rooms throughout the event. You can set up as many rooms as you like, with a maximum of nine attendees in a breakout room.
When creating an event, Event Organizers can enable breakout rooms by navigating to the 'Basic Info' section as shown below:
When everything is set up, you head to the director's chair, start the event, and invite attendees to join.
Click 'Add Room' below 'Breakout Rooms' once everything is set and you're ready to begin the breakout sessions. You are not limited in the number of rooms you can set up; but, once a room is created, users must be assigned to it. 'Unassigned Attendees' is where registered users will show up. Click on the name of the user, copy it, and drag it to the created room. After all users have been assigned to a room, click "Start Breakout," as shown below:
A breakout room allows users to share screens and messages and interact with each other. It will look like the image below:
'Start Breakout' will change into 'End Breakout.' Then, when the session is completed, you can end breakout rooms and attendees will join the event.
