Setting up your Audio and Video

You should be ready to start when you click Join if you take a few minutes to set up your audio and video for your Jugo event.

Browser Permissions

When you join your first Jugo Event you will typically need to permit in your browser for Jugo to use your camera and microphone. You typically only need to do this once when you first use Jugo.

Apple Safari browser is currently not recommended for use with Jugo.

Jugo Audio and Video Options 

You have full control over the camera, microphone, and speakers/headphones you want to use with Jugo. Setting up before joining your event is very easy.

Now that the camera preview window is visible on your screen, it should look like what is shown below. If you have more than one camera installed, you can change it by selecting the gear icon. This will present you with a drop-down menu from which you can choose which camera to use.

Finally, use the gear symbol to adjust any settings related to the speakers or headphones you intend to use. To adjust your microphone settings, select the gear icon. Later on, you can easily adjust the audio and camera settings directly in Jugo.
