If you see an error screen when trying to join your event, first check that you are registered for the event you plan to attend.
The registration page will look similar to the one below. If you have not yet registered, please do so and follow the instructions to join the event.
If you have registered for the event but see the screen below, try and reset your password using your email address.
Help with Resetting your Password
If you do not receive a password reset email, check with your company's Event Organizer or the Company Jugo Administrator for further information to ensure the event is still taking place.
