A bad internet connection can be both frustrating to resolve and have a major impact on the quality of your experience. This is true of all video conference platforms and can be frustrating if you have already joined the meeting/event.
We recommend where possible you follow the pre-event best practices guide here prior to joining.
If you are in a live event and need help, ensure you try the following first.
In Event Help Checklist
- Is there an option to connect directly using an Ethernet Cable?
- Can I move around the location I'm in to find a better Wi-Fi signal?
- Am I running other applications during the event, and can I close these?
- Can I close any tabs in Chrome or preferred browser to improve performance?
If this hasn't helped, you may need to leave and follow the best practices guide here. This usually takes only a few minutes to complete and can help resolve most issues.
Alternatively, you can speak to one of our dedicated support team on the phone right away. To do this click here.
