Jugo will typically use the default camera on the computer unless you made changes to your preferred camera on the join screen previously.
If you have joined the event you should see a small box in the top right hand corner with a preview of your camera as shown below. If you don't see a preview you can show and hide the preview by clicking on the camera icon to access the drop down menu.
You can choose either to hide the preview by selecting Hide Camera or you can turn On or Off your camera by selecting Turn Off Camera. Try both of these now to make sure your camera is not hidden or turned off.
If you still have problems it might help you check the camera options in the settings menu as shown below.
From the setting panel, select make sure the camera tick box is turned on, and finally check the camera you want to use is correctly selected from the drop down box.
If you are still having problems you may need to check that Jugo has permission to use your camera by checking the below. First Click on the padlock icon next to the URL and then toggle the camera on.
You will then need to refresh or reload your browser and re-join the event for your camera to function correctly.
If you are still having trouble then go back to the Help Bot in the bottom left and add your name and contact details. A member of the Jugo Support Team will call you right back.
