Jugo provides a multitude of opportunities to get your attendees engaged in an Event. Using Polls is a great way to get feedback and responses, quickly and instantly. Results can be reviewed on the event and contribute to the discussion and content.
Polls
Polls created by the Event Organizer during the Event creation process will display in the Director View, ready for the Director to use when required. To see how to create a poll - go here. You can have as many polls as you want.
To run a poll
1) Choose how long you want the poll to run (default is 30 seconds)
2) click on 3 dots of chosen poll
3) select Start Poll
4) When the poll is running, you will see the slider count down - this is how long is left on the poll until it will automatically finish
you can choose to end the poll early by clicking on the 3 dots and select Stop Poll
To view and display results
1) click on the Results tab
2) choose the poll you want to view/ display the results and select the 3 dots
3) To share the results on the screen for attendees - select Share Results. To stop sharing click the 3 dots again and select Close Results
4) To view the results yourself, select Open Results
