We want to make it as easy as possible to join your Jugo event. If you're not a Jugo customer just yet, you might need to make a few adjustments to ensure you can access:
- Corporate VPNs are designed to keep you safe. As Jugo may not be on your company's approved list of apps yet, you may get the best experience by turning off your VPN for your call
- Log out of any existing calls on other Video platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex)
- Allow your camera and mic access to Jugo in your browser when prompted
- complete a quick tech test - this takes a few minutes and will check your device and network are primed for the best access to Jugo

When you are prompted by your browser, please allow camera and microphone access so you can experience Jugo fully. For the optimal Jugo experience, please use Google Chrome or Edge.
