How to access Jugo for the first time
The ‘wait, how do I log in?’ guide
Once you click Get started, you’ll see a selection of single sign-on options. Choose the one that applies to you - Microsoft, Google, or email.
If you’ve logged in before, you’ll only see the option you previously used. To switch accounts, simply click 'Continue another way'.
After you’ve successfully created your account and logged in (via SSO or email and password), you’ll be prompted to connect your Zoom or Microsoft Teams account. If the prompt doesn’t appear automatically, click “Meet Now” on the right-hand side of your home screen to connect it manually.
One important thing: when Zoom or Microsoft Team sprompts you to sign in, make sure you log in using your login deatils for those accounts, not your Jugo login.
That’s the magic step that links the two accounts.
Once connected, you're all set and ready to host your next meeting!
