How to share your feedback, submit ideas or feature requests
Tell us what you loved (and what made you sigh)
Got thoughts? Good, bad, “this bit confused me,” or “more of this please”, we want to hear it. Your feedback helps us make Jugo better (and keeps us honest).
Option 1: Use the feedback prompt at the end of your Zoom call
At the end of every Zoom call where you’ve used Jugo, you’ll see a feedback option.
Just fill it in and hit submit, it’s the quickest way to tell us:

What you’d love us to improve
- New features you'd like to see us add to the platform
Tip: the more specific you can be (“the join step was unclear”, “loved the layout”, “I expected X”), the more useful it is.
