Jugo core features overview

Jugo is a Zoom or Microsoft Teams add-on designed to help you schedule, launch, and run meetings in a more polished, branded environment - without changing how your attendees would normally use Zoom or Teams.

This article covers what you can do in Jugo today, plus what’s marked Coming soon (padlocked) in the product.

Meeting management

Upcoming meetings

From Upcoming Meetings, you can:

• See a list of meetings you’ve scheduled

• View key details at a glance (date, time, duration)

• Start meeting when it’s time

• Edit the meeting title/details (pencil icon)

• Copy participant link to share with attendees

• Add to calendar to keep everything in sync

• Delete the meeting if it's no longer required (bin/ trash icon)

Past meetings

From Past Meetings, you can:

• Quickly find sessions you’ve already run

• Re-open a previous meeting setup and details

• Use past meetings as a reference when scheduling or running future sessions

Quick actions

At the top of the meetings area, you can also:

• Schedule a meeting to create a new session

• Meet now to start an instant session

Appearance controls

Jugo includes simple appearance controls you can toggle on/off to help you look your best on camera:

• Eye gaze correction

• Skin smoothing

3D environment and branding

Jugo lets you customise the look and feel of your meeting space so it matches your brand. Simply upload your logo, brand texture and colour scheme and you're ready to go

Choose your environment

• Pick from 3 different 3D environment scenes that are fully customisable to your brand's colour scheme

• Templates will allow you to save environments to avoid you having to recreate them each time you host a meeting

Set your brand colours

• Choose from any primary colour and secondary colour using their individual hex codes

Upload brand assets

• Main logo

• Horizontal logo (optional)

• Brand texture (optional)

These settings help create a consistent, branded experience for attendees.

Recording

Jugo records all meetings, while delivering in-meeting and post-meeting intelligence and analysis.

This keeps your recording workflow aligned with Zoom’s recording options and storage.

Coming soon (padlocked features)

Some features are visible in the product, but marked as coming soon (padlocked). These aren’t available yet, but are planned for a later release. Updates on these will be available both on the website and via our newsletter - make sure you sign up!
