What does the environment look like for the hosts?
Here is an example of some of the Arsenal players (Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka) preparing for Arsenal's fan engagement experience in late 2025.
Hosts/ presenters are set up with comfort monitors, lighting, green screens, cameras and more to make the experience as calming and simple as possible.
This is what the host sees on screen, so you can quickly check positioning, lighting, and that everything looks spot on.
How we support you
Our Studio team stays with you throughout, ready to jump in if anything goes a bit wobbly. We’ll run dress rehearsals, fine-tune the setup, and make any tweaks you want ahead of time, so on the day, everything feels exactly how you pictured it.
Going fully virtual? No problem. We’ll still have a dedicated team on standby to troubleshoot and keep things running smoothly, but we just won’t be physically on-site.
